为什么选择克莱德试验室

At Clyde Materials Handling, we are resolutely focused on delivering the most efficient, effective and economically beneficial solutions in the marketplace.

The Clyde Test House supports us with this objective as the tests we carry out on materials we receive on a daily and weekly basis fuel our research and development efforts, were we develop innovative solutions that solve a quandary of problems for our customers.

Clyde has an extensive materials database covering some 10,000 test reports where characteristics such as particle size, distribution, shape, bulk density, temperature, moisture content and air retentiveness have been carefully measured and the most economically efficient conveying method and solution sourced.

Clyde's database of materials is the most comprehensive resource in the industry but it is continually evolving and is central to the continued success of Clyde and to the success of our customers.

The practical experience of testing is invaluable in determining the most effective methods of conveying and injecting new materials and details of every new test are added to the database.

The Clyde Test House contains one of the most advanced conveying pipework infrastructures in the industry and has the ability to transfer material over the distance of one mile and can therefore accurately replicate the site conditions of many 'real' environments.

The Clyde Test House contains detailed test rigs using both lean and dense phase conveying systems as well as a continuous injection system and has been used to transport and inject some abrasive materials such as desulphogypsum (DSG), copper concentrate and heat resistant accelerators (HRA). The test work carried out on these types of materials has led to the creation of new and exciting technologies for Clyde.

The Clyde material testing process also helps develop and refine process knowledge and know-how of specific materials and the way in which pneumatic technology can manage and handle these substances.

The Clyde Test House can also be used to execute consultative, exploratory testing work or as the platform to carry out health checks on existing systems that may not be operating to their anticipated, expected or optimum capacities.

Backed by over 30 years of extensive domain knowledge, Clyde Materials Handling, with the support of their Test House, is ideally positioned to continue to create world class solutions for their global customer base.
