Clyde Materials Handling Enhances Aftermarket Division
Clyde Materials Handling (Doncaster, UK), the leading provider of pneumatic conveying, pneumatic injection and air filtration solutions, is pleased to announce that it has recently enhanced its aftermarket service capabilities.
The Clyde Aftermarket Services team has been developed by Clyde Materials Handling to ensure rapid, efficient, response and support for customers who operate in process-based industries. Clyde Aftermarket Services will provide a range of aftermarket, customer care solutions which encompass spares, service, performance auditing and commissioning.
Commenting on the development of this enhanced division, Len Allen, Operations Director at Clyde Materials Handling said, "Our aim is to establish a Clyde Aftermarket Services team which maximises the value our customers received from our range of technologies throughout their lifetime of performance."
He continued, "Our Aftermarket Services has been developed to manage the entire reverse logistics process including repair, return, refurbishment, performance analysis and spares replenishment. These are services which our customers are keen to obtain from a single source. This latest initiative enables us to meet our customers' expectations."
The Clyde Aftermarket Services team is based at Clyde Materials Handling's UK headquarters in Doncaster, which is ideally situated to serve the needs of customers in process-based industries across the globe. The team comprises of an After Sales Manager, Regional Service Manager, Account Manager, Spares & Service Admin Supervisor, Service Coordinator, Aftermarket Sales Advisor, Service Administrator, as well as a number of Service and Commissioning Engineers.
The Clyde Aftermarket Service Team is available to support the operational needs of customers and is ready to listen, assist and respond to the process industry's aftermarket requirements.
